I founded Bright Sharp in late 2024 after nearly fantastic 20 years in the state and Commonwealth public sectors working across small, central and policy agencies including over five years in the Commonwealth Senior Executive Service.

 

I founded Bright Sharp to continue to make a positive impact with an approach focussed on connection, curiosity and cut-through.

 

• Connection: I prioritise building genuine and positive working partnerships with our clients to understanding their challenges and context.

 

• Curiosity: I help clients unlock new perspectives, ideas and opportunities by prioritising curiosity and tapping into individual and collective creativity.
